Recently, representatives of the parties met at Step 4 to discuss the above-referenced
dispute concerning the Mystery Shopper Program. 
The issue in the case is whether evaluations generated through the Mystery Shopper or similar may be used as a basis for discipline.

The parties agree as follows:

1) Evaluations generated through the Mystery Shopper or similar programs shall not
be used as the basis for discipline.

2) The Union hereby withdraws the above-referenced grievance.
